Things I Love...Victorian Flower Gardens & Spring!

Happy Spring!!

 Hydrangea flowers from last season

Hydrangea flowers, often locally called Snowballs

Who doesn't love a trellis with climbing roses?

Roses are my favorite flower and of the Victorians too

It's almost time to get my wicker furniture out on the porch!

Lavender is another favorite flower of mine. Did you know that the scent repels moths? I store fresh Lavender throughout my antique clothing.

A lovely retreat for a spot of tea

Hillside Farms in an 1895 Gibson Girl ensemble.

The beautiful garden at the Stegmaier Mansion B&B

                                             A spring tea, I am wearing a c. 1900 ensemble.
